Sunday, 8 March 2015

TransAxle of Cinnaminson, New Jersey, has announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with Fabco Automotive to be one of only two master distribution centers in the United States.

"Along with this agreement we are working on being set up as a Fabco warranty center. This will be a great fit for TransAxle’s growth strategy on numerous fronts", said TransAxle’s CEO, David Olsen.

"The benefits for TransAxle, Fabco and our respective customers are our large inventory with immediate availability of new or remanufactured units and all required service parts. Our local market expertise and remanufacturing through our 24 distribution and service branches is also important," Olsen said.

Gerry Giudici, Fabco's President and CEO commented: "Our new distribution partnership with TransAxle demonstrates Fabco's continued commitment to exceed our customers' expectations for responsiveness and product availability for repair, rebuild, and new equipment installations in specialty and vocational trucks."
