Rematec 2015 off to a great start
- June 13, 2015
Today Rematec 2015 Amsterdam got off to a great start. After another successful Social Event on the Amsterdam canals, today the show floor is buzzing with excitement after the two-year build-up to the industry’s main event.
As usual, a lot is going on across the show floor. The Rematec Theatre, now incorporated in the InnovationLAB, is offering inspiring sessions by Melett and Flight Systems amongst many others. In the InnovationLAB Koning Technisch Bedrijf is remanufacturing a truck engine, and we are delighted to see many exhibitors are organizing similar showcases on theirs stands. At ZF, an automatic transmission is being disassembled and reassembled live on the show floor, there is some heavy lifting going on at Autotrans and at Meritor visitors can see axles from British military vehicles. These events will be taking place throughout the show.
Exhibitors have expressed their contentment with the visitors they meet on the show floor and stands are being rebooked for the 2017 edition of the show.
There are still many more sessions and workshops to be seen in the next few days at the ReMaTec Theatre, with presentations from Knorr Bremse, Schmitz+Krieger and many others. Choice Tech 2015 kick-started the side events programme on Saturday 13 June and tomorrow the Circular Economy Seminar and ICoR 2015 will be taking place, with the World Reman Summit following on 16 June.
We are looking forward to seeing you at Rematec 2015 on 15 and 16 June! Tomorrow we will also announce the lucky winners of the Oyster Bar vouchers worth €250 – so make sure you don’t miss it!
