The Board of Directors of CARDONE Industries, have appointed Terry McCormack, the company's Executive Chairman since early 2014, to the position of Chief Executive Officer.

Terry McCormack joined CARDONE's Board of Directors in June 2013 and was named Executive Chairman in April 2014. He succeeds the current CEO Kevin Crampton, who has been in the job since 2012.

In a statement Terry McCormack commented, "Kevin Crampton led our company through a period of tremendous change and helped position the CARDONE business for future growth. We are indebted to Kevin for the imprint he left on the business and wish him and his family nothing but the best in his future endeavors."

With a 40-year tenure in the automotive aftermarket, first with the Dana Corporation and subsequently with the Affinia Group, McCormack is a well-known face in the aftermarket.
