D&V Electronics showed off its new ALT-198 tester at ReMaTec 2017 in Amsterdam. The next generation of the popular ALT-98, it is cheaper than its predecessor, with a simplified power supply and updated ALT-Pro software. The company says it has a variety of applications for remanufacturers, including end of the line production testing, performance studies and warranty evaluation. Michael Kelly, D&V sales and marketing manager (pictured), says exhibiting at ReMaTec is a cost-effective way of seeing customers: “It means I get to see 40 people we supply to in one go, over three days. To see all those people otherwise would take me two months of travel.”
