Remanufacturing car parts aligns with and supports the principles of the circular economy. By remanufacturing, we save up to 80% of materials and 55% of energy that, under normal circumstances, would be necessary for the production of new parts. The REMAN process begins with disassembling each injector into its individual components, which are then cleaned using an ultrasonic cleaner. Each component is carefully inspected under a microscope, and if necessary, replaced with new or remanufactured.

Every turbocharger we remanufacture passes through a process of dismantling, complete component inspection, replacement of damaged internal components (CHRA, bearings, rotor, regulation, etc.), and sandblasting. After dynamically balancing the center of the turbo, we test it at the CIMAT test station. We remanufacture turbochargers with mechanical and electronic regulation for cars and trucks of all brands. Each turbo is delivered with a test report, an oil syringe, and an installation manual.

The environmentally friendly remanufacturing of AdBlue tanks starts with a thorough inspection of the external parts, followed by a careful cleaning and diagnostics to reveal defective components. Once the problem parts have been identified, the next step is to repair or replace the damaged parts. Once assembled, the tanks are thoroughly tested to ensure full functionality and reliability. Finally, the remanufactured tanks are carefully packaged and ready for distribution.

Brake calipers are part of every passenger car or truck and are responsible for our safety. Due to the high strain of the calipers and their location where they have to face numerous impurities, their failure is very likely When remanufacturing these parts, it is important to re-examinate the remanufactured components and to use new components that are necessary for maximum caliper function (piston chamber seal). Every dual-mass flywheel we remanufacture undergoes complete disassembly, thorough cleaning, blasting to remove corrosion, and inspection. Worn components are replaced using original parts from Sachs, Valeo, or LuK. The flywheel is then reassembled, ground for smoothness, and dynamically balanced to eliminate vibrations. We are experts in repairing engine control units, ABS and gearboxes for cars and trucks. The units are repaired using a special diagnostic equipment and instruments we have in our production. As a result we are capable to repair control units from all manufacturers from ACDelco, Bosch, Siemens, to TRW and Zexel. Most often we repair control units from Škoda and VW group. Due to the skills and technical knowledge of our technicians, we also repair Instrument shields and actuators.
