Remanufacturing EGR modules reduces CO2 emissions by 75% while protecting the environment. We remanufacture EGR modules for Scania, Volvo, MAN, and more. The process involves dismantling, cleaning, sandblasting, and replacing worn components. New cooling rods with a spiral design are installed to enhance heat removal, improving performance. Gaskets, valves, and throttle valves are replaced, and the module is reassembled, tested for coolant leaks, and painted for durability.
