Every turbocharger we remanufacture passes through a process of dismantling, complete component inspection, replacement of damaged internal components (CHRA, bearings, rotor, regulation, etc.), and sandblasting. After dynamically balancing the center of the turbo, we test it at the CIMAT test station. We remanufacture turbochargers with mechanical and electronic regulation for cars and trucks of all brands. Each turbo is delivered with a test report, an oil syringe, and an installation manual.
