Joseph “Joe” Beretta, CEO of BBB Industries, passed away suddenly on July 2.

Beretta brought a wide range of executive experience to BBB Industries, including manufacturing, global sourcing, supply-chain management, sales and marketing, distribution operations, new product development and engineering.

Beretta held various positions in the automotive aftermarket beginning his career with Cardone Industries. He rose through the ranks to become the company’s chief operating officer. After 26 years with Cardone, he joined Dorman Products as senior vice president, product. In February of 2011 he became the company’s co-president, a position he held until August of 2013. He then went to Parts Life Inc. as acting chief operating officer. In September of 2015 Beretta became a member of the board of directors of BBB Industries and was appointed CEO.

The company says he will be remembered for his ability to bring people together to accomplish goals.

He is survived by his wife, children, parents, siblings and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donation can be made to The Joe Beretta Foundation, an organization dedicated to meeting the practical needs of families dealing with advanced heart failure.
