Exclusive rebook rates

•   All 2023 exhibitors have first right to reclaim their current* stand position. Stand locations that are not rebooked during the show, become available to other current and potential exhibitors. (*some stand locations may have been altered in the 2025 lay-out, we’ll discuss this in person).
  
  
• Special onsite booking rates are available during Rematec Amsterdam event hours, starting Tuesday 27 June at 10.00 hrs until Thursday 29 June at 17.00 hrs. • A 21 days right of booking withdrawal at no charge (excluding registration fee) is applicable.
  
  
• Do you want to change location? All 2023 exhibitors have the opportunity to indicate a preference during the show for a new stand location/size. –Available stands at show closure will be allocated based on ranking.

Excl. registration fee and stand construction.

Early bird: € 265 per sqm, 1 July 2023 untill 11 August 2024 

Standard: € 295 per sqm, 12 August 2024 untill 13 March 2025

Late: € 315 per sqm, 14 March 2025 until the exhibition (8 April 2025)
