Exclusive rebook rates

• All 2025 exhibitors have first right to reclaim their current* stand position. Stand locations that are not rebooked during the show, become available to other current and potential exhibitors. (*some stand locations may have been altered in the 2027 lay-out, we’ll discuss this in person).
• Special onsite booking rates are available during Rematec Amsterdam event hours, from Tuesday 08 April, 10.00 hrs until Thursday 10 April, 16.00 hrs.
• A 21 days right of booking withdrawal at no charge (excluding registration fee) is applicable.
• Do you want to change location? All 2025 exhibitors have the opportunity to indicate a preference during the show for a new stand location/size. 

Available stands at show closure will be allocated based on ranking.
